This Customer Agreement is between you, the Customer, together with any company or other business entity you are representing, if any (collectively, "You"), and My City Me. My City Me Premium Services provides Web Development, Web Hosting, Web Maintenance, Domains, Ad Posting, Merchant Services & Design Services. My City Me develops and maintain services for you. This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance in My City Me service applications. By accepting this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including those terms and conditions that are set forth on the My City Me website located at http://www.mycityme.com & affiliated websites ("My City Me Site") that are incorporated herein by reference and may be accessed through links in this Agreement..
My City Me Premium Services provides, Web Hosting, Web Development, Web Maintenance, Business Management, Online Marketing, on a My City Me Server. Please note that underlined words and phrases in this Agreement are links to pages on the My City Me. By accepting this Agreement, You further agree to be bound by any amendments to My City Me Terms and Conditions Policies of this Agreement or to such terms and conditions policies as are incorporated herein by reference. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective after your first bill payment. You authorize My City Me to process any and all of your My City Me account transactions. You are solely responsible for your Web Content & Paying Your My City Me Monthly Service Fees. Not with standing anything contained in the foregoing, this Agreement will not bind My City Me unless You meet the eligibility criteria for entering into this Agreement as set forth in of this Agreement Term & Conditions Policies
